"Calligraphy × Sound Experience Workshop & Live Performance"

On-Sui-Sho
~Surrender to the sound, open your heart, and play with calligraphy

What is On-Sui-Sho?

During China’s Song Dynasty, the poet Su Shi
is still celebrated today as a masterpiece, and this event is inspired by that story.

This experiential workshop invites each participant to immerse themselves not only in sake,
but also in sound—to surrender to the music, slowly unwind, and express themselves through calligraphy as if playing, drawing lines and characters.

Calligraphy × Sound Live Performance

A live performance by calligrapher Yuko Kato and the music unit awake'n.
Calligraphy will freely and improvisationally resonate with a variety of sounds, including percussion, crystal and singing bowls, handpans, vocals, piano, and more.

Lunch and other food and drink options will be available. Please take your time and enjoy♪
